notify Caps Lock and Num lock On/Off

Most modern system are Laptops and they dont hace indicators to notify wheather caps lock is on or off, often it is hard to know without actually typing, it will be a addition if unity notifies when they are turned on/off. Thanks

Laptops have the small keyboard lights which indicate whether the caps lock is on or num lock in on...etc, so adding a notification in Unity wouldn't be necessary.

but that true for a fraction of laptops. and among the dozen of laptops i
have senn they are without small keyboard lights.
