Camera icon shows in unity launcher only once

Bug Description
I like that removable devices show in unity launcher so I can easily eject them, but for some time when I connect camera something strange happens. After reboot or "unity --replace", camera icon will show in unity launcher. If I reattach the camera it will not work until next "unity --replace" when it will work only first time. It's really interesting that this doesn't happen with flash drive or mem. card reader.
It's up to date ubuntu 12.04. I'm not sure where to look for logs or how to debug this.
