Bug Description
Need a separate group for all system settings. Then no longer need a "System settings" tool. All settings will be in the Dash.

Thank you for taking the time to make Ubuntu better. This is an excellent suggestion and would improve the user experience but can not be implemented as a part of the near-term core project plan. I'm marking this as of medium importance so it can get reexamined in the upcoming cycles.
