Unity Dash rendered under windows

Bug Description
Dash is rendered under all opened windows, so I can't see all necessary content and click in Dash to places covered by windows.
Even opening/closing Dash does not resolve this problem.
I can't reproduce it always whats more strange.
Earlier versions of Ubuntu are not affected.
Current system info:
Latest stock Ubuntu 13.04 64bit updated from 12.10 / Intel i3 Quad Core
NVidia GeForce 8800 with nvidia 313 drivers.
All is updated.
