Nautilus incorrectly highlighted as valid target DND target for lots of results

Bug Description

When a drag action starts, Nautilus should only be highlighted as a valid drop target if the item being dragged is a file that can be copied into the user’s home directory. If the user drops the item on the Nautilus icon, the file should be copied into the user’s home directory. Currently lots of results that could not be possibly copied into Nautilus identify Nautilus as a valid drop target e.g. physical products for sale in More Suggestions.
