Dash search field has no focus for the first time (100 scopes)

Bug Description

Seems like a reintroduction of LP: #860805.

[ Test Case ]

1. Start a fresh login
2. Press Super to open the dash
3. Try typing anything
   -> Notice that nothing is written in the search field as it does not have input focus

I think what actually happens is everything is loading/starting up... because if you wait ~30 or so seconds you are able to type...but still a bug :)

Actually Im wrong, its when you mouse over any of the dash icons you get key focus back...definitely still a problem :), good catch!
