Bug Description
Description: Ubuntu Raring Ringtail (development branch)
Release: 13.04
Problem:
When using a multi-monitor setup the user has currently no way to set the default monitor. Games are e.g. mostly launched on a single monitor – the main monitor. Right now the user has no UI-way in the default install to adjust the main monitor, and therefore the monitor in which the game will be launched.
Proposed solution:
Add the possibility to set the main monitor in the system settings by setting a check box and labeling the main monitor good visible in the monitor setting preview.

Try to disable all monitors except that you want to be main, apply changes, and then enable all other monitors again.
