Bug Description

I use a notebook that is connected to an external monitor. I use both displays at the same time (laptop + monitor) to extend the size of the desktop. When I have a non-maximized window and drag it with the mouse to the top of the desktop in order to maximize it I sometimes can see this bug which is really annoying:
When I drag the window to the top on the laptop monitor, the window is maximized on the external monitor, so the window is moved very quickly from one display to another, which is not intendet by me as I move the window on the laptop monitor only. So it seems Unity decides randomly on which display to place the maximized window.
If I can see this bug, I'm just not able to place the maximized window on the other display.
