.cache/unitydashlegalseen should be readable

Bug Description
The file unitydashlegalseen generated in .cache, when the user has read the legal notice, should be readable for the user.
The reason is, that most people using Dejá Dup will be irritated, when it says that not all files could be saved. I can also see no reason why it shouldn't be writeable for the user. Maybe you don't want it to be deleted with the .cache directory? Is it deleted periodically? I don't think so.
