Wrong title bar text color in scale mode using Radiance

Bug Description
When clicking a tile on the Unity launcher for an application with multiple windows, the Compiz scale plugin is shown. Each window has a title bar with a close button. When using the Radiance theme, however, the text in the title bar is white on the light gray background, making it difficult to read. When not in scale mode, title bars have dark text, which is easily legible.
