Bug Description
Gnome-dictionary 'Go' menu is shown and fails unity/manual-test.
Testing with:
compiz - 1:0.9.8.
nux - 3.6.0-0ubuntu1~
unity - 6.6.0-0ubuntu1~

Disabled Top-level Menus

Setup:
#. Install the 'gnome-dictionary' package.
Actions:
#. Launch the 'gnome-dictionary' application.
#. Open the 'View' menu.
#. Move the mouse over the 'Go' menu.
Expected Result:
#. THe Go menu should NOT open.

The 'Go' menu was shown with four menu commands, all were disabled.
