Week 37 ubuntu 12.10 Quantal with ppa:unity-
Issue : Ctrl+Alt+T shortcut does not work consistently. Sometimes it works ok and opens a terminal and sometimes it does not do anything.
Same issue observed with Alt+Tab.
Additional info : - Please try the shortcut with a fresh login.

There is an additional fix coming in compiz 0.9.8.2 that's still against bug 1040081. So please wait for 0.9.8.2 and unduplicate this one if the problem persists after that.
