Launcher - dropping a file on a launcher should copy, move, open or attach that file in the app, mail, or folder

If a user drags and drops a file on top of a Launcher app, mail app or folder icon, the app should open the file, the file must be attached in the mail-app (Evolution/Thunderbrd), the file must be copied/moved to the folder or USB Flash Drive.

if two or more folders are open, maximize them and allowing drag and drop the file to the desired window.
