Bug Description

Unity plugin (started after second monitor connected) causes lags in windows movements.

Steps to reproduce it:

Start ubuntu unity with connected second monitor and move window.

After some research i found that disabling Unity Plugin in ccsm makes windows moving smooth again even if vsync is enabled in opengl plugin. But after reenabling unity plugin ... lags.

Also if i start ubuntu without second monitor connected and connect it after login to unity before running any applications then moving windows works ok without any lags, but if i start few apps and then connect second monitor ... lags.
