When I minimize a maximized window (from the panel) and keep the pointer there, the window buttons still appear

Try this:

1- Open an application (e.g. Home Folder).
2- Maximize the window.
3- Move the pointer to the window buttons and click in the minimize button. The windows buttons still appearing (the global menu does not).

Similar bug also appears when maximized window is closed. Only difference is the buttons change their colours to grey.

I also can not reproduce this in Unity 8.0 (Ubuntu 13.04). Marking as incomplete until someone manages to reconfirm this is still a problem.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. We have tried to recreate this on the latest release of Ubuntu, but cannot reproduce it. This bug is being marked as Invalid. If you believe the problem to still exist in the latest version of Ubuntu, please comment on why that is the case and change the bug status to NEW.
