Bug Description
In quantal, running unity from the package, after about 45 minutes of use, overlay windows (switcher window, dash, hud) all start rendering behind all other windows.

Firstly, I think ignore most of the graphics glitches in the video that the bug doesn't mention. I think they're caused by video recording.
Secondly, starting in 6.0, Unity honours the window stacking order more accurately than it used to. This means old bugs where Unity (Nux) windows weren't stacked correctly will now be more obvious :(
