Bug Description
I have the gPodder icon locked to my Launcher in the 9th position. Shotwell is not locked to my Launcher. On a regular basis (although it doesn't happen 100% of the time) when I open Shotwell (via the Dash), the Shotwell icon will appear on the Launcher above the locked gPodder icon. This is really annoying because I lock icons to the Launcher so that I can count on the Super+9 shortcut to manage the gPodder window. When Shotwell opens in that slot it messes everything up because then Super+9 corresponds to Shotwell until I close the Shotwell program (at which point Super+9 goes back to corresponding to gPodder).
using Unity 3D (fully up to date) on a 12.04 64-bit install on Lenovo laptop.
Here's a photo showing how the unlocked Shotwell icon appears above the locked gPodder icon: http://
When both icons are placed that way, does dragging the gPodder icon above the Shotwell one fix it for good?
Either way, this is an issue. I've also experienced this with system settings getting pushed below any other app.
