Bug Description
unityshell's Background Color (background_color) setting is ignored on startup.
When I log in, my launcher/panel background colour has reverted to automatically chosen. But when I look in CCSM, my custom colour is still selected. To get the custom colour re-applied to the launcher/dash/panel etc, I have to change the colour in CCSM, every time I log in.
