Fade to Desktop plug-in makes windows disappear completely, getting them back to view solely by pressing "Show Desktop" on the Unity panel again

Make sure the Fade to Desktop plugin cannot be enabled when Unity is enabled.

To reproduce:
Open a window (CCSM for example) -> Click on the "Show Desktop" Unity Launcher Icon -> The CCSM window fades out like it is supposed to -> now click on the CCSM icon, the expected behaviour would be that it fades into view again, but instead of doing so the icon backlight turns off like you would have closed CCSM, but it is still opened, just hidden -> the only known way to get it back to view is to click on the "Show Desktop" icon again
In short words: "Fade to Desktop" plug-in is broken once unityshell is activated.
Workaround:
