Testing PPA gives an 404

According to http://unity.ubuntu.com/getinvolved/testing/ the first step to get involved in testing Unity is to install the ppa:unity-team/ppa (https://launchpad.net/~unity-team/+archive/ppa). That PPA has been deleted (or so it appears) and is now giving 404s)

(Also, unrelated. Is the correct capitalization "Unity" or "unity"? As I've seen a couple pages on unity.u.c that use both.)
