Bug Description

Telegram is linking to http for Webogram https://telegram.org/apps
The https is really slowly.
Do you have any thoughts?

It stay with http now. Uhm... The question is should it be over https? :O I
think no. I'll give you some reasons:

 - All data transferred over http is already encrypted over Telegram, http
is only a wrap: https://github.com/zhukov/webogram/issues/161

 - Telegram is linking to http by default https://telegram.org/apps. I
think the Ubuntu Webapp has to use the official recommended page by
Telegram.

 - Mixed content <https://github.com/zhukov/webogram/issues/71> over SSL:
The web is more fast/responsive with http. Not good point, but it's a
point. I was trying to register my mobile on the https version and I can't.
