Bug Description
When looking at a folder in Google Drive using the webapp (i.e. ubuntu browser) it invites you to drag and drop files for upload. This doesn't work.

I think this affects all pages that use drag'n'drop, at least between local files and the webapp window. It's affecting a webapp that I'm working on.
