Option "Switch between minimized windows" has no effect

Bug Description

Even when the option is activated, minimized windows do not appear in the Switcher list.

Toggling that option does change the corresponding dconf option unityshell.show-minimized-windows, but this seems to have no effect.

Tested with UTT 0.0.7 on Ubuntu 16.04.
