Since I have updated to Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid Vervet, I can't open Ubuntu Tweak Tool anymore. I have the following :

$ unity-tweak-tool
Error: schema com.canonical.unity.webapps not installed
Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is discouraged.

Only after installing unity-webapps-common, I could open Unity Tweaks Tool, on 15.04

I can confirm this bug in 15.04. This should be a simple fix of including unity-webapps-common in the package dependency.
