"Use Large Cursors" has no affect, does not save

Gotta some same behavior : can use it until I reboot. Each time I reboot gotta to set it up again.

I tested this just now in 16.04 with Unity Tweak Tool 0.0.7ubuntu2. "Use large cursors" does not persist after a reboot.
