Window Controls alignmet not saved

I'm using Unity Tweak Tool 0.0.6 and Ubuntu 14.04. I've searched everywhere but I couldn't find any "save button" or somethig that persists my settings after closing the tool. Some settigs seem to be persisted, others - e.g. Window Controls Left|Right is not saved.

The "Show menu button" won't persist either

Window controls can not be customised starting from 14.04 due to a design decision by Unity team. That screen was removed from unity tweak tool but we failed to update the ubuntu repo before it was frozen.

Please ignore the window controls screen, nothing works in it. Or you can switch to our PPA to receive all updates as and when they are made.
