Bug Description

Problems of compatibility with 14.04.

-No effect when changing the cursor
-No effect when changing the window's layout from left to right
-No effect when adding a menu button

This is a release-regression to me - especially since no one can find a early warning in the Release Notes.

I have installed Kubuntu DE solo now, which respects users ergononic "old fashioned" behaviour habbits.

This seems to be due to a design decision in UNITY.

Yes, as noted above, the window controls are out of our control.

Let us track the cursor issue in bug #1320519, I am closing this bug.
