Bug Description

Hi i have some bugs, i use Unity Zoom because low vision, so im no developer and this is my first attempt to support Ubuntu software with feedback.

When i activate Zoom in Unity Tweak tool the text is not to clean.. Dont know if its just because my screen is bad, but would be nice with an easy option to set a font type overall in Ubuntu.

A real issue i have trouble with is when i have zoomed in and moving the mouse into a corner to find the mouse and i move it out the screen is very fast to move with the mouse.. So when i try to hit the X to close a program the screen is already moving... being able to adjust that would be nice!

Another problem is when i in ubuntu press the Windows logo / flag key to open search, if i have zoom in the mouse dissappears. Its just gone. the mouse also disappears when i move it over in the left side and top menu of Ubuntu 13.10

would be nice if the screen locks when i use search and zoom at same time also please make it possible to set a solid color being the search windows so the icons and text is very clear. my vision get stressed and i really like to use Ubuntu and Unity Tweak tool is very helpful!

Hello Rasmussen!

Unity Tweak Tool only provides an interface to tweak the settings of Unity. The actual zooming is done by Compiz, and I do agree that it is sometimes far from perfect. However, I'm sorry to say that there is nothing we can do about it.

This is a bug in compiz. Hence closing it as invalid.

Changed in unity-tweak-tool:
status: New → Invalid
