Hotcorners cannot be toggled 'off'

Bug Description
Hotcorners are always toggled 'on'. If they are toggled 'off', Unity Tweak Tool simply disables the actions for all hotcorners but displays the feature itself as 'on' after being relaunched.

That is because there is no setting to record hotcorners as off.
That switch should probably be replaced with a button that says disable all hotcorners.
