Add option to hide top panel

Previous versions of Ubuntu allowed a user to hide the top panel on external displays. Can this option be added to the tweak tool?

We need to see the corresponding gsettings key, if there is any. I'll check to see if it can be added.

I couldn't locate any such setting. If you figure out a way to do itusing any other tool, please let me know and I'll add that functionality.
