Colour picker: Doesn't let me pick colours with transparency (alpha value)

Bug Description
I tried changing the colour of the window snap animation but was not able to adjust the transparency of the chosen colour. The colour picker widget didn't have any option to select an alpha value. Can we please fix that? 100% solid colours are useless for the snap animation.
