Bug Description
Using https:/
I find the system compositor is:
(a) Visible on every VT (Alt+Fn), but frozen on some; and
(b) Responds on multiple VTs (usually Alt+F2/F4/F6); and
(c) Randomly changes which VTs it responds on depending on which Fn keys you have used.
This is very confusing and inconsistent.
