"Nothing here yet" is not translated

Test case.
- Flash the phone.
- Switch the phone to Spanish.
- Go to Video scope.

Expected result.
- Strings are translated to Spanish.

Actual result.
- "Nothing here yet" appears in English (see screenshot).

String is available in trunk, but is not available in Launchpad for translation.

Yes.. It falled through cracks and now we missed current OTA window (new translatable string). Will land it soon after OTA9.
