music scope presents non functional Grooveshark results in Germany

Bug Description
The music scope shows mostly results from Grooveshark. Here in Germany however, Grooveshark doesn't work because of GEMA licensing issues and opening the results just gives this website:

As there isn't much chance for Grooveshark to become functional in Germany any time soon, such results should be hidden.

I think this should be handled by a global mechanism to hide and not use specific scopes based on localisation.
