Facebook account is reported as "contacts" account

During the contact sync upgrade land process we noticed that some users reported that the "facebook" account was reported as a "contacts" accounts.

The code used to retrieve the "contacts" account is:

Accounts::Manager mgr;
accountsToUpdate = mgr.accountList("contacts");

for some users the "accountList" function was returning the "google" and "facebook" account.

it is not clear why facebook appear on the list. While searching for glues we found that the users that shows facebook as a contact account has a broken link in:

~/.local/share/accounts/services/com.ubuntu.developer.webapps.webapp-facebook_webapp-facebook.service -> /usr/share/click/preinstalled/.click/users/@all/com.ubuntu.developer.webapps.webapp-facebook/facebook-webapp.service
