Bug Description

Searching the applications scope doesn't find applications with matching keywords any more. To reproduce, search for "2048" in the applications scope. There should be three results: 2048, 2048Native and twoeleven, however, twoeleven is missing from that list as of this week.

twoeleven, which is yet another 2048 clone, has the string "2048" in its keywords, which don't exist on device, so it's not found in installed apps.

summary: - search doesn't consider app description any more
+ search doesn't consider app keywords any more

Sorry for the back'n'forth, apparently the issue is that the keywords are not there on device when installed, which means the app isn't found.
