Preview does not work for apps which are not available for download

Bug Description
How to reproduce:
1) Install an app which is not available for download through the apps scope using "pkcon install-local mypkg.click".
2) Open the preview for the app from the apps scope.
3) Uninstall and open buttons are missing.

Seems to be fixed now. Thanks. :)
However, the button to mark it as fixed is not shown to me. Would be great if someone else did it.
