Installed apps and More suggestions apps use different criteria when searching

The two categories, "Installed" and "More suggestions", are using different information about the apps when performing a search. This means that a given search term might match an app if it's installed, but not in the store, or vice-versa. Worse still, if you have it installed, but the term only matches on the "More suggestions" criteria, it will be displayed as something to be installed, even though it already is.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install Karma Machine
2) Search for "Karma" and it shows under the "Installed" section (as expected)
3) Search for "Reddit" and it shows under the "More Suggestions" section.

Expected results:
Searching for "Reddit" should display Karma Machine under the "Installed" section when it is installed, and "More suggestions" when it is not.
