Bug Description

In Ubuntu 13.04 or 13.10, for example when the dash is calculated 100 * 0.5 (100 x 0.5) the result is 500 and should be 50

The error is generated using the regional format such as "Spanish (Argentina)" with format given number $1.000,00 miscalculation
But using the regional format "Spanish (United States)" with format number S1,000.00, the calculation is correct.

Also with 3 * 0.4 = 12 in ubuntu 14.04 LTS
