Tapping on OSK does nothing once unity8 is restarted

Bug Description

When unity8 is restarted tapping inside OSK does not work.

There are multiple ways to reproduce this bug.

1 wait for unity8 to crash and restart itself. or
2. ssh into the phone and do 'restart unity8'

Now when you tap into an input box the OSK will appear but tapping on it will do nothing.
