last app aggressively takes focus of Dash video

Not sure if this is unity or the camera app

Scenario:
1 - launch some apps, including gallery
2 - launch camera from gallery, take a picture
3 - swipe your way back to the dash on the video lens
4 - select a video to play

expected to see video launch/play button - instead camera live preview kept "moving fwd" and taking focus of the screen.
I was able to swipe back to the video lens and repeat this unexpected behavior.
when I closed the camera app from the app lens it did stop.

updated title, as I just had this happen again. although this time, the messaging app popped fwd when i attmempted to play video

OK - i verified again. I am definitely running SF.

I'd say it's just the last app getting focus, should be better with the upstart-app-launch branches for unity-mir in review now:
