Music and Videos do not launch from the dash

Bug Description

Steps:
1. Enable Mir
2. Ensure there is local music on the phone
3. on the music scope, home scope, or video scope, click on a media file

Result:
Nothing happens

Expected:
The music app or video app launch, as it does on SF

I get the same bug with SF enabled (sept 26, cdimage pending)

When I logged this bug I was definitely getting it on Mir but not SF

At one point I believe that Mir wasn't bringing the apps to the foreground as it didn't have the window manager support that is landing shortly. Can you see if the app is running, but just not visible? You can do that with:

upstart-app-list

And see if the app is there.

i definitely cannot launch video in SF - strangely when i try, the last viewed app pops the front of the stack
