Bug Description
Steps:
1. Slide out launcher
2. Select Camera
3. Take a picture
4. 2-3 Blocks of white appear
Repeat on Surface Flinger
Expected:
On surface Flinger you get a nice flash effect like you have taken a photo, this is what I expected on mir
Actual:
Big block of white flicker 2-3 times then you get the nice photo ghost movement to gallery.

i suspect this was the flicker bug - i never saw this issue, but i just verified it is not happening with mir on sept 27 cdimage pending
