Bug Description
1. Implement per-account links in Settings -> Links
2. Upon selecting a command from the quicklist in the dock/laucher, Unity Mail should ask you which account you want that action for
3. As a side-effect, the "ask-me-what to-do" dialog and the Messaging Menu entry should open a link/run a command corresponding to the message in question
