Online music sites stop on screenlock

Bug Description
When i open any online music site(for eg www.soundcloud.com) and play music, it does play. However, while playing if i lock the phone screen, the music pauses. Upon unlocking, it continues to play from where it stops. Same problem when i open any soundcloud link from the music lens or when i do a full swipe to go to the home screen or i switch between apps(with the right swipe mutifunctionality). I'm running trusty proposed r-185. The issue exists as long as i can remember
Ideally, just like with the music player, online music in the web browser should continue to play when the above functions are performed
