Is it check boxes or radio boxes? I'd guess radio boxes...
In that case we'll need a bit of work in libunity, unity, and unity-2d, as libunity currently only has a CheckOptionFilterCompact class (we'll need a RadioOptionFilterCompact class). The unities will need work to support the new filter renderer type.
