dash return no results or incorrect results

When I use the dash to search applications (for example gedit, qtiplot, gftp, transmission, gimp, nitro, etc), the dash do not returns results or returns results from the music lens. In order to get the correct results I have to delete the search close the dash and search again, sometimes I have to do this once, sometimes twice or more. I generally observe this problem the first time I use the dash or when I have not been using the dash for sometime.

I found a workaround (or sometime similar) I turn off " Record activity" at the privacy setting menu.

Thank you for your bug report, is that still an issue in the current version?

Yes is still and issue and the workaround (turn off "Record Activity" still works).
