When we uninstall an application and this application was in the "most frequently used applications" list, the launcher of the application is still shown in this list, with no possibility to remove it.

Does not seem to be an issue anymore. I just removed transmission (which was in my most frequently used apps list), On starting applications places it was not there. searching for it showed it in the list of available to download list though. Could you please try again with the latest updates applied?
