If dev is continuing to 12.10 & later then "Desktop Actions" support needs to be added

Bug Description

ubuntu is switching from X-Ayatana-Desktop-Shortcuts to Desktop Actions, many .desktops already have. Whether support for X-Ayatana-Desktop-Shortcuts is totally removed in 12.10 I don't know, in any event the editor can't deal with existing .desktops that use 'Actions'
