greeter-hide-users=false breaks the unity greeter

Bug Description
Even If setting load-users=false, lightdm + unity-greeter still shows user list.
lightdm.conf says:
load-users = true if can provide user list to greeter
How to reproduce:
1. uncommnet load-users and set the value from true to false
2. $ sudo service lightdm restart
Expected:
3. user list is not shown. only shown text field to input user name.
Actual result:
3. user list is still shown.

thank you for your bug report but the key is called "greeter- hide-users" in the current version and works fine in the gtk greeter, it seems to make the unity greeter hang though.
Robert, could you check if you get that issue as well?
